Product: HP ENVY Pro 6430 All-in-One Printer

No contact with my network. No blue WiFi icon is lit. After start two lilac color moves out to the sides.
Page 3 (3) of Network configuration page gives the warning that the wireless radio for the moment is OFF.
How to turn the wireless radio ON?

Please reset the wireless and then use HP Smart app to setup and connect to the new network.
