So my printer has been fine ever since I have first had it and I have had it for over a year now give or take. But today it decided to stop working. It says it the Driver is unavailable when I looked into it, it says it is because it is offline. I did a scan report and it says it is online, the signal of the Wi-Fi is excellent. I am confused because when u try to print something it says it’s offline but then I’m being shown another thing saying it is online. This is very frustrating especially since I don’t use it all the time but only when I really need to print up some papers for work.

2. Check Printer Connections
- Ensure your printer is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. Sometimes the connection can drop, and you may need to reconnect it.
- On the printer’s control panel, go to the Wi-Fi settings and ensure it's connected to the correct network.
3. Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Go to the HP website and download the latest drivers for the HP Envy 6065e. Install them on your computer. Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause connectivity issues.
