Product: HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer

So I bought my Deskjet 2652 used last week and still cannot set it up through the hp app on my Chromebook. I'm also having issues with it printing. No matter what settings I set on my laptop, it only prints a shrunken version in the top left corner of the page.

You can setup the printer using HP Smart app.
