I bought an used hp envy 4500 printer, which fully works. Now i am trying to set up instant ink, but i am facing some issues: 1. The printer is connected to wireless wifi, and the blue light is on (so i believe no wifi issues). 2. For setting up instant ink, i need the info page where i have an qr code i can scan and the printer email address, the issue is that when i press on the e-print icon to have the possibility to print the info page after few minutes i get the message: "the printer could not connect to the server. check the internet connection or the proxy setting". Please help me, been trying to solve this for hours and i started losing the hope of the issue getting fixed.

Hi,
Please make sure the printer firmware is up to date, you may find below support document with the information to update the printer:

For a Windows PC computer, download and use below firmware update utility, you would likely need to follow the 'Download printer firmware from the HP website (Windows)' section in the support document above:
