After I replaced the ink cartridges for my Hp envy 6455e printer, its status has been "offline". The blue wi-fi icon on the printer has been blinking nonstop.
I tried unplug the power cord, but to no avail. I also tried pressing the tiny wi-fi button on the back of the printer for 5 seconds, but it doesn't work, either.
At the same time, the color-copy icon (at the lower left corner) has been changing from blue to red to purple colors constantly.
Please advise how I can bring my printer online!

It sounds like your HP Envy 6455e lost its network connection after replacing the ink cartridges. Here are some steps to bring it back online:
Restart the Printer & Router
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and wait for it to fully reconnect.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the back of the printer for 5 seconds until the light blinks.
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or phone.
- Select Add Printer and follow the steps to reconnect it to Wi-Fi.
Check Printer Status on Your Computer
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Find your HP Envy 6455e, right-click it, and select See what’s printing.
- If there are stuck print jobs, click Printer > Cancel All Documents.
- Right-click the printer again and select Set as default printer.
