Hi. I have a hp envy 4507 printer. We have just changed internet providers to quickline  and now my printer doesn’t work.

ive tried several times to connect it but keeps failing. The printer has suggested adding the MAC address to the wireless router! I have no idea how to do this.

can you help.

You probably need to reset the printer so it goes into setup mode

Wi-Fi setup video. Method 1 is for Modem or Router connection
and Method 2 is for Wi-Fi Direct when you do not have access to the modem

Do you have multiple wifi boosters as part of your new system?  if so then a different solution is required.

 

This printer only supports the 2.4ghz band. If method 1 does not work then log into the modem and assign a different SSID (name) for the 2.4ghz band.
