I am having issues printing from my mac lap top wireless to HP office je 250 mobile all in one

I am having issues printing from my mac lap top to the printer (HP office jet 250 Mobile all in one) wirelessly.

I can print from my mobile smartphone but not the lap top.  I tried the wireless connection and wifi and nothing is working.

Any thoughts what might help?

I'd like to help!

I understand you are able to print from your Mac.

To assist better -

1.)Are the printer and Mac connected to the same network?

2.) Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual-band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.

3.) What is the distance between the router and the printer?

4.) Is there antivirus software installed on your Mac?

5.)What is the OS version on your mac?
