I am not able to find the user name or password on my officejet pro 8035e printer.

I just had a new router installed and the printer will not connect to the router.

I need to enter the user name and password on the printer, which is an officejet pro 8035e.

It was working fine with the old router.

Find the Printer's IP Address:

• You will need to find the printer's IP address to access its web interface. You can do this by printing a Network Configuration Page from the printer. To do this:

  • Look for an option that says "Print Network Configuration Page" or something similar and select it. The page will contain the IP address.

Access the Printer's Web Interface:
