I recently moved and am trying to set up my HP ENVY 6400e All in One printer to the internet.  I have googled and watched you tube videos, chatted with virtual assistant and read and followed the help guidelines on the web and am still not able to connect with the wifi

1. Download HP Smart:
   • For Windows/macOS/IOS & Android: HP Smart
      
2. Reset the printer’s network settings:
   • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks. This resets the network settings.
      
3. Open HP Smart and follow the on-screen instructions:
   • The app will detect your printer and guide you through connecting it to your Wi-Fi network.
   • Make sure your phone or PC is on the same Wi-Fi network you want the printer to join.
