I have a hp desk jet printer number 2755 and I am not able to connect it to my new computer because it was connected to an old printer and I don’t have anything that shows how to be able to connect to a new computer

Step 1: Prepare the Printer
- Turn on the Printer: Ensure your HP Deskjet 2755 is turned on and ready.
- Reset Network Settings: If the printer was previously connected to another network, you might need to reset its network settings. To do this:
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer at the same time for 3 seconds. This will reset the network settings.
Step 2: Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi Setup Mode: After resetting, the printer should enter Wi-Fi setup mode automatically. The Wireless light will blink to indicate this.
HP Smart App: Download and install the HP Smart app on your new computer from the HP Smart website.
- Open the HP Smart app and sign in or create an account if prompted.
- Click on the Plus sign to add a new printer. The app should detect your HP Deskjet 2755.
Follow On-Screen Instructions: Follow the instructions in the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. You may need your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
