I have a deskjet 3752 with a serial number [personal information removed]. I have installed it on my computer but I cannot connect to my wireless internet. It is asking me for an eight digit PIN from my router and I do not see a PIN on my router. Is there something else I can do to help me connect to my wifi router?

Hi @LeeJ4,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
If your HP DeskJet 3752 printer is asking for an eight-digit PIN to connect to your wireless network, it is likely trying to use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) to establish the connection. However, not all routers support WPS, and some may have it disabled by default for security reasons.
Here are a few options you can try to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network without using WPS:
Wi-Fi Direct Setup: Many modern printers, including the HP DeskJet 3752, support Wi-Fi Direct. With Wi-Fi Direct, you can connect your printer directly to your computer or mobile device without the need for a wireless router. You can find Wi-Fi Direct setup instructions in your printer's user manual or on HP's support website.
Standard Wi-Fi Setup: Instead of using WPS, you can manually connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network using your router's SSID (network name) and password. Here's how you can do it:
- On your printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings or Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Select your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
- Enter your Wi-Fi network password when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
Connect via USB: If you're having trouble connecting wirelessly, you can temporarily connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable. Once connected, you can install the printer drivers and software, and then configure the wireless settings from your computer.
Check Router Settings: If you still want to use WPS, you can log in to your router's web interface (typically by entering the router's IP address in a web browser) and enable WPS if it's disabled. However, be cautious about enabling WPS as it may pose security risks.
If none of the above methods work, you may want to consult the user manual for your HP DeskJet 3752 printer HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer
