Hi @Hollyridge,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code EBS00P0013 on your HP Envy 6032e printer typically indicates an issue during the setup process, often related to a connection or configuration problem. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Printer Connection

  • Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. If the printer is on a different network, you may encounter errors during setup.
  • Reboot Devices: Turn off your printer, router, and the device you're using for setup (computer, phone, etc.). Wait for about 30 seconds and then power them back on.
  • Check Router Settings: Ensure that your router is not blocking any ports or devices that might interfere with the connection.

Use HP Smart App

  • If you're using the HP Smart app for setup, ensure it is up to date. Download the latest version from the app store (iOS or Android) or from HP's website.
  • Try to complete the setup again by following the on-screen instructions.

Factory Reset the Printer

  • If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset on the printer to clear any faulty configurations:
    1. Turn off the printer.
    2. Press and hold the 'Wireless' and 'Cancel' buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
    3. Release the buttons when the power light starts flashing, indicating that the printer is resetting.
    4. After the reset is complete, attempt the setup process again.

Manual Setup via Web Browser

  • If you're unable to complete the setup via the app, you can try manually connecting the printer to your network using the printer's control panel. Here's how:
    1. Press the Wi-Fi button on your printer.
    2. Navigate to Wi-Fi Settings on the printer's menu.
    3. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password manually.

Check for Firmware Updates

  • Go to HP's website and check for any firmware updates for your printer model. Outdated firmware may cause setup issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
