HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer

Hi, I bought HP LaserJet PRO MFP M28w printer about two years ago in 2021. It was all good, until,  i changed my wifi password last week. Since then im unable to reconnect it to the same wifi it was connected for past two years.

The steps i taken to try to resolve this issue are:

  1. Watched hundreds of Youtube tutorials
  2. Talked with HP's Virtual Assistant

These two sources told me the same thing:

  1. Reset the printer by pressing wifi button on the printer.
  2. Download HP smart
  3. Log in to HP account
  4. Connect the Mobile device to the wifi network which  i wanted my printer to connect to
  5.  Enable the Bluetooth
  6.  Go to HP Smart app, select "add printer", "New printer", "Wifi".

Till here everything is going fine but from this step, i select "continue" option and the application goes searching my printer

It searches once, fails, retried, failed again, on the third attempt it say "FIND MY PRINTER" selecting this option it searches through wifi and asks to connect wifi named "HP-Setup<b7>M28 LaserJet

I connect to this network, the application detects my printer then goes to the page to show "Available Networks" to connect my wifi, but the page stays blank, even after refreshing nothing happens

Please help me solve this issue

Eagerly wating for a positive response

Thanks

(P.S: The mobile im doing all this stuff is INIFINIX ZERO X PRO and it has Android 11 operating system )
