I bought an old OfficeJet Pro 9020 and it does not allow network connection. How do I turn it back on

Hi David,

The printer does not give any selection related to wireless setting or network connection. When I use HP app, there is a message that says an owner disable network connection functionality. I try semi full reset but it does not solve the problem.
