When I try to access my printer on-line, I get the "Your Connection is not Private..." message and then can not access it.

It is no longer an issue. I installed an update and now it works fine. It was being blocked because it said the site was not secure. Thanks for your inquiry/relply.

8710 and then someone possing as hp tried to sell me a 99 dollar fix on line said to many selling offers were blocking it ,,,new port bs    ,,,im upset hp isnt keeping up with this
