Just recently change service providers and they use an EERO router. I have tried a number of things rebooting, unplugging etc and nothing works . The the wireless wizard set up option does not appear on the wireless menu any more. Ran a wireless network report a number of times and keep getting a message that the (SSID) network name can not be found..
please help
thank you

General help for new modem but skip down to reset and then watch video to setup wifi
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

The EERO is a mesh router / modem. If you have the base unit and one or more boosters / repeaters then once you connect you need to inform the modem that the printers IP address needs to be fixed. The printer needs to use the same IP address no matter which booster it connects to.
With the printer connected, request a network report and make a note of the Mac or IP address. Then log into the modem and look for that IP (or MAC) address. Find the DHCP server and make the allocation fixed so it aways gets the same IP address when it makes a connection. This could possibly be avoided by using WiFi direct.
EERO has no forum or community that I could find. The only mention of help with a printer is to call them
