HP LaserJet MFP M426fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not connect my printer HP LaserJet MFP M426fdw to my HP smart account because I can not get Printer Claim Code.

I have followed your instruction from your Knowledge base "Find the Printer Claim Code" (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03550536#:~:text=Find%20the%20Printer%20Code%20or,using%20the....), but every time I click on Print Information Sheet the only thing I am getting is the Printer e-mail address. I tried  to remove and then re-enable Web Services, but the situation is same, I am getting only printer e-mail address.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

After re-enabling web services, you should use the part prior to @hpeprint.com as the Claim code, then follow the steps on screen
