HP Recommended

I can't connect my Hp Deskjet 4155e printer to my network. I select connect, then type in my PIN and it says the PIN is incorrect. I then try to connect using my security key and it says my security key is incorrect. Both the PIN and security key are correct. 

I was on HP instant ink and recently cancelled HP instant ink and replaced the ink cartridges with ink cartridges I purchased at Best Buy. Any thoughts?
