Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot connect my printer to my wireless network, Printer is an ENVY 6055 on a Windows 10 (64bit) machine, The computer says that it is the default printer, but offline. I have run all the troubleshooters in Windows and HPSmart and none of them detect any problems. When I try to run the setup, (purple lights) it won't do anything. I can't confirm that the printer is on the correct network because I don't know how to access that information. I recently changed my ISP and have a new router and obviously, a new network. The new router does not have a WPS button. The printer is the only thing that doesn't work since the changeover. I have tried all the standard "fixes" (power-cycling all the related devices, etc.) but the printer will not return to online status. HELP! Please.

Update Printer Firmware and Software

  1. Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer firmware is up to date:
    • Navigate to the HP website and download the latest firmware updates for your HP ENVY 6055.
  2. Update HP Smart App: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your Windows 10 machine.

Additional Troubleshooting

  1. Check for Interferences: Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electromagnetic devices interfering with your network.
  2. Ensure Connectivity: Make sure your Wi-Fi network is stable and functioning correctly.
  3. Check Printer Status:
