My photosmart b110 went offline and I couldn't get it back. I removed the device but when I try to reinstall it, windows 11 can't find it although it is on the same network. It has been working with windows 11 for several months previously.

Hi @IanTuckley,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There are several steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue of your Windows 11 PC not being able to connect to your HP Photosmart b110 printer.
- Check your printer connections: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your PC and is turned on. If it is a wireless printer, make sure that it is connected to your Wi-Fi network and that your PC is also connected to the same network.
- Install the printer driver: Check if you have installed the latest printer driver on your PC. You can download the latest driver for your printer from the HP website. Make sure to select the correct operating system version, which is Windows 11 in your case.
- Add the printer manually: If your PC is still unable to find your printer, try adding it manually. Go to the Settings app in Windows 11, select "Devices," and then click "Printers & scanners." Click on the "Add a printer or scanner" button, and then select "The printer I want isn't listed." Follow the on-screen instructions to manually add your printer.
- Restart your devices: Try restarting both your printer and PC, as sometimes a simple restart can resolve connection issues.
- Check your firewall settings: Make sure that your PC's firewall is not blocking the printer connection. You can check this by going to the Windows Security app, selecting "Firewall & network protection," and then clicking on "Allow an app through firewall." Make sure that your printer's software is allowed through the firewall.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
