I am having trouble connecting to my HP Smart Tank 7005! 

I have tried to follow online manuals and videos but nothing is working. It shows as offline when I try to connect to and  there is an error sign (!) next to the WIFI button. I feel like I have exhausted all avenues  and have resorted to putting up this post.
