I can't scan to email or computer

i am receiving an error message that the server may be busy or not connected but my print out is stating that the wifi is on and working but no internet connection

I'd like to help!

Could please print and share the network configuration page 

1. Make sure that there is U.S. Letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper in the input tray.

2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup ().

   The Setup menu displays.

3. Touch Reports, and then touch Network Configuration Report.

   A Network Configuration Page prints.

   The printer prints two pages of information.

Meanwhile , try an RPC

To prepare your printer for a wireless connection, restart the printer, computer, and router.

1. Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
2. Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
3. Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
4. Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
5. Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
6. Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
7. Turn on the computer.
