Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to connect the printer to the Chromebook.

If the printer is not connected to the wireless network, follow the steps in -

Connect an HP printer using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)

 

Kindly refer to - HP printer setup (HP Print for Chrome)

Try printing.
