Hi @Meandmike,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble connecting your HP printer to your AT&T internet network, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Network Connection: Ensure that your AT&T internet connection is working properly on other devices. If other devices can connect to the network without any issues, then the problem might be specific to the printer.
  • Restart Devices: Try restarting both your HP printer and your AT&T router. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
  • Wi-Fi Settings: Make sure that your HP printer is within range of your AT&T Wi-Fi network. Also, check if the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password you entered on the printer match the ones for your AT&T network.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP printer. Updating the printer's firmware might resolve compatibility issues with your AT&T network.
  • Printer Connection Method: Depending on your printer model, you might have different options for connecting it to your Wi-Fi network, such as using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup), Wi-Fi Direct, or entering the network credentials manually. Try different connection methods to see if any of them work.
  • Firewall/Antivirus Settings: Sometimes, firewall or antivirus settings on your computer or router might block the printer from connecting to the network. Temporarily disable these settings and try connecting the printer again.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue of connecting your HP printer to your AT&T internet network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
