Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

I cannot get my hp envy 6052 printer to connect to my new internet network. I cant even get it to show up on my hp app now that I have tried to restore it to try and start over like it was a new printer and i still had no luck. I have tried everything offered to my by the hp virtual agent, print outs from the help page on the printer and everything I can google with no luck. I am not a computer savvy person but I do know how to function and this is the worst printer I have ever purchased but I am stuck with it for now as school has started and I need to to have this thing working ASAP. Can anyone please help me I cannot get a live person from HP to help at all and I am desperate for help. This is ridiculous how hard this is to simply connect to the internet. I have no touchscreen on this model. Thank you so very very much for your help.
