Hi @Agus05

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're encountering a connectivity issue while trying to use the HP Smart app to print from your phone. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this problem:

Check VPN Settings:

  • If you're using a VPN, disconnect from it and try logging in again. The app may have trouble connecting to HP's servers while a VPN is active.

Check Internet Connection:

  • Ensure your phone has a stable internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if that helps.

Update the HP Smart App:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed. Go to the app store on your device and check for updates.

Clear App Cache (if applicable):

  • For Android users, you can go to Settings > Apps > HP Smart > Storage, then select Clear Cache.

Restart the App:

  • Close the HP Smart app completely and reopen it. Try logging in again.

Reinstall the App:

  • If the problem persists, uninstall the HP Smart app and then reinstall it from your app store.

Try a Different Account:

  • If possible, try logging in with a different HP account to see if the issue is account-specific.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
