I cannot print from an email but can print from my printer and or from a download on my computer

I understand you're having trouble printing directly from an email but can print from other sources. Here are a few things to check and try:
 

Check Email Printer Settings:

  • Make sure you're using the correct printer when selecting the print option from your email. Sometimes the default printer might not be set correctly.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Visit HP's support website to download the latest drivers for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e.

Use the HP Smart App:

  • If you're using the HP Smart app, try printing from there directly. The app often handles various document types more smoothly.

Check Email Client Settings:

  • If you're using a web-based email client (like Gmail, Outlook.com), try accessing your email from a different browser or clearing the browser cache.

Try a Different Email Client:

  • If you're using an email client (like Outlook or Thunderbird), ensure it's properly configured and up to date.

Check Email Format:

  • Make sure the email format (HTML, rich text, etc.) is compatible with your printer. Sometimes formatting issues can prevent printing.

Test with Another Email:

  • Try printing an email from a different sender or with a different attachment to see if the issue persists.

Printer Settings:
