Product: HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer

I connected the printe to my house's wifi network  I cannot print from two windows 10 laptops. HP Smarte says printer is ok, but once I try to print, a try bar popup appears and in one PC says there in a problem with the printer queue, in  another that there is a driver conflict. How can I solve the problem and print from any PC?
