Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I bought an HP Office Pro 9010e early 2022 and I have had continued problems with the connectivity. One day its fine, the next day its not. I have followed all the reset instruction multiple times.

 

Now it wont find the wifi. The router is 2" away, the Laptop with the HP Smart App is 10cm away. The blue light just flashes and the HP Smart app just shows the printer as Offline.   All other devices are the wifi. Signal is fine.

 

it seems impossible to get anyone from HP to assist or respond. Getting close to dropping this piece of... out the window. Any help appreciated.
