officejet pro 8030 printer  changed router an all the screens that wold let me fix are saying locked by owner and i am the owner

Turn the printer on and tap 4 times (or more) at position "5"

Solved: Re: office jet pro 7740 hard reset - HP Support Community - 8280988

 

Do only the semi-full reset when the menu shows up.
