Product: HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer is online. My husband's computer can communicate with the printer and the printer will print. My pc says that the printer is off line. I downloaded updated software (Full_webpack-116Full_Webpack) to my PC. NO luck! HELP.....Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try to download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store and then "Add a Printer that's already setup" (since the printer is online).
