Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4158 All-in-One Printer

My printer detects my neiborghs wifi but mine. The old router worked good but this one is not detected by the printer. I have HP Smart, I have tried many HP Support indications found in different HP Support sites but anything works. I also have connected the printer with a USB cable but It is not working. I do not want to buy another brand but If I don't fix this issue I will have to 😭. Please help me

Your printer supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow new router to broadcast DUAL bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz , Your printer should be able to see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.
