Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding WiFi connectivity issue due to change in internet provider.
I will be glad to help you.
Please perform these steps,
1. Reset the Printer's Network Settings:
On the printer's control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for 3 seconds. This will reset the network settings.
2. Reconnect the Printer to WiFi:
>Download and install the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store on your Android device.
>Open the HP Smart app and tap the Plus sign to add a new printer.
>Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your printer. Make sure your Android device is connected to the same WiFi network you want to connect your printer to.
Or
3. Manual WiFi Setup:
>On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button to turn on the wireless feature.
>Press and hold the Wireless button until the wireless light starts blinking.
>On your Android device, go to Settings > WiFi and connect to the printer's WiFi network (it should start with "HP-Setup").
>Open the HP Smart app and follow the instructions to connect the printer to your home WiFi network.
