I forgot EWS admin password for HP 3785 printer

Hello folks, I have lost admin password for EWS that I setup a few years ago. Is there a way to reset it back to defaults?

I have tried pressing WiFi and Cancel buttons and it did not work. Also, I have tried to rest The printer by pressing Cancel + Power button.

Pls help me figure out a solution to reset admin password for HP DeskJet 3700 series.

I'd like to help!

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Have you been able to resolved this issue as I just set mine up and it says that the password is incorrect. I been searching for an answer to this.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I have the HP Desk Jet 3752 All-in-One.  All I want to do is reset the EWS Admin password since it didn't like the one I put in.

Jay, thanks for help!

I turned off the device, kept WiFi-direct and color copy buttons pressed while powering up the printer and it took a few minutes and EWS password Was reset. Many thanks for your support.
