Hi @Gonchev,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you want to reset or restore the Embedded Web Server (EWS) password for your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 series printer on Windows 11, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Reset via Printer Control Panel
Turn on the Printer: Ensure your printer is turned on and connected to the same network as your computer.
Factory Reset:
- On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 3 seconds. This should restore the printer network settings to default, including resetting the EWS password.
Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:
- After resetting, you'll need to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network. You can do this using the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.
Method 2: Reset via HP Smart App
Install HP Smart App:
- If you haven't already, download and install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
Add Printer to HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app and click on Add Printer. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
Reset Printer Settings:
- Once the printer is added, navigate to Printer Settings in the HP Smart app.
- Look for an option to Restore Network Settings or Restore Factory Settings and follow the prompts.
Method 3: Reset via Printer Software
Install HP Printer Software:
- If you don’t have the HP printer software installed, download and install it from the HP website.
Open HP Printer Assistant:
- Open the HP Printer Assistant software on your computer.
Network Settings Reset:
- Go to the Tools or Network section.
- Look for an option to Restore Network Settings and follow the instructions.
Additional Steps
After resetting the EWS password, the printer's network settings will be restored to factory defaults. You will need to reconfigure your network settings to connect the printer back to your Wi-Fi network. Here's how:
Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
- On the printer control panel, navigate to the wireless settings and select your Wi-Fi network.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password to reconnect the printer.
Access the EWS:
- Open a web browser on your computer and type the printer's IP address to access the EWS.
- The default credentials should now be reset, allowing you to set a new password.
