Hi @arroyobriana678,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you’ve forgotten the WiFi password for your HP DeskJet 3755 and the usual reset methods aren't working, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Reset Network Settings:
- Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is powered on.
- Locate the Wireless Button: On the front panel of the printer, find the wireless button (it looks like a signal icon).
- Press and Hold: Hold down the wireless button for about 5 seconds until the wireless light starts blinking. This will reset the network settings.
Reconfigure Wireless Settings:
- Use HP Smart App: Download the HP Smart app from the App Store if you haven’t already. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to set up the printer again. The app will guide you through connecting the printer to your WiFi network.
- WPS Method: If your router supports WPS (WiFi Protected Setup), you can use this method. Press the WPS button on your router, then press the wireless button on your printer. This should connect your printer to the WiFi network without needing the password.
Printer Control Panel:
- Open the Setup Menu: Navigate to the wireless settings menu on the printer’s control panel.
- Select Network Setup: Look for the option to set up a new network or WiFi connection and follow the prompts to enter your new WiFi credentials.
Check Router Settings:
- Router Configuration: Log into your router’s web interface (check your router's manual for details on how to do this). Verify the current WiFi password or make a note of it to ensure you’re using the correct one when reconfiguring the printer.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
