Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

Error message: “incorrect password for DIRECT-C2-HP ENVY 6400 series” when I try to set up on my new WiFi network. How can I retrieve or change my password? I have already done so in my app and am using current passwords but my printer must have an older password that I do not remember.
