I bought a Laserjet MFP M29w and I tried connect it to the wifi and it want connect and the video I looked at said to download the hp smart app and I clicked add new printer and it said look for HP_smart on wifi setting but when I got there it names is DIRECT-cf-HP M29 laserjet what to do

Great question! You're on the right track. The name “DIRECT-cf-HP M29 LaserJet” is correct; that’s the Wi-Fi Direct name of your printer. where you can use the printer without the wifi setup.

Please let me know do you want to connect the printer to a wifi router or just want the wifi direct setup, so I can help with the setup on the device.
