HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I have the deskjet 3755. It was connected to the internet and worked fine. I had to replace my modem and now my printer won’t connect to it. I don’t have a computer so I am using my iPhone which was fine for the initial setup but I can’t figure out how to use it for the modem change. Everything I’ve read says that I need a computer to change my WiFi settings to my printer. Is this the case?
