Hi @Jeepgirl7197,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand how frustrating it can be when your HP Laser printer won’t connect after switching internet providers. Since you've moved from Xfinity to GloFiber, your printer needs to be reconnected to the new Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. Here's how to do it:
Step-by-Step: Reconnect HP Laser Printer to New Wi-Fi
Option 1: Using HP Smart App (Recommended)
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 PC or mobile device.
- HP Smart App for Windows
- HP Smart App for Windows
- Reset the printer’s network settings:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for 5 seconds.
- This will reset the network settings and enable setup mode.
- Add the printer to HP Smart:
- Open the app → Click Add Printer.
- Select your printer from the list.
- Follow the prompts to connect it to your GloFiber Wi-Fi by entering the new SSID and password.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
