I have been using my HP ENVY 6065e wireless printer for the past six months with no problems. I just moved into a different house with a new wireless provider and I can't get the printer to work/connect/print How do I change the settings....step by step

To connect your HP ENVY 6065e wireless printer to a new wireless network, follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Printer

• Make sure your printer is turned on and in a ready state.If your printer has a touchscreen, make sure it’s active.

2. Reset Network Settings

• For Touchscreen Models:
  • From the home screen, touch the Wireless icon or Setup (gear) icon.Select Network Setup or Wireless Settings.
  • Choose Restore Network Settings and confirm.
• For Non-Touchscreen Models:
  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the wireless light blinks.

3. Connect to New Wireless Network

Using the Printer’s Control Panel:

• On the touchscreen, go to Wireless or Network settings.Select Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
• The printer will search for available networks. Select your new network from the list.Enter the network password when prompted and confirm.

Using WPS (if your router supports it):

• Press the WPS button on your router.Within 2 minutes, press the Wireless button on the printer.The printer will automatically connect to the network.

4. Reinstall Printer Software

On Windows:

• Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.Click on Add a printer or scanner. Windows will search for available printers.
• Select your HP ENVY 6065e and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

On macOS:

• Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
• Click the + button to add a printer.Select your HP ENVY 6065e from the list and follow the prompts.

5. Print a Network Configuration Page (Optional)

• This can help verify if the printer is connected to the new network.
• From the printer’s control panel, go to Wireless or Network Settings and select Print Network Configuration Page.

6. Update Printer Firmware (if needed)

• Visit HP’s official website and check if there’s a firmware update available for your model.Follow the instructions provided on the website to download and install the firmware update.
