Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual-band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
- Are you getting any error message or code while connecting to a new wireless network?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Restore the default network settings of the printer: Press the Wireless button on the back of the printer for at least three seconds.
Once it's done, try connecting your printer to the network and check.
