Hi @BALDEV20HRE,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP Envy 6432 printer, which can be frustrating, especially when you're on an Instant Ink plan. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.
- Check Connections: Ensure that all cables are securely connected to the printer and your computer or network router. Loose connections can cause intermittent connectivity problems.
- Restart Devices: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both your printer and your computer, then turn them back on after a minute or two.
- Update Firmware/Drivers: Make sure your printer's firmware is up-to-date. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website. Also, check for updated printer drivers for your operating system.
- Network Troubleshooting: If your printer is connected to a wireless network, check your Wi-Fi signal strength and make sure the printer is within range of the router. You may also try restarting your router.
- Printer Settings: Check the printer settings to ensure it's not set to go offline automatically. Sometimes printers have power-saving features that can cause them to go offline after a period of inactivity.
- Reset Printer: Try resetting your printer to its factory defaults. This can often resolve various issues, including connectivity problems. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to reset it.
If after trying these steps you're still experiencing issues, it might be worth considering a different printer model or brand. However, before making a decision, ensure that the problem is not related to your network or computer settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
