Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP281Fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have replaced the toner 3 times with genuine and it says all inks are at 100% but the black is very very light and the colors don't print at all. I have followed all the troubleshooting on here with no resolution. Please help.

If you are sure that cartridges are not a problem, then your printer need service. I hope is still under warrenty.
