I have a Mac and a HP Deskjet F4580 printer that cannot connect to the wireless,

I am perfectly able to print using an USB cable, but the software I used to connect the printer to my wireless is obsolete,

and I cannot manage to get the printer connected to my wireless.

Can you help me somehow?

Kind regards

I finally managed to connect to the "hpsetup" wireless of my printer, here's what I had to do:

- on my mac click on network preferences

- click on advanced

- check the option "Show legacy network and options"

- click "OK"

- click "Apply"

By default on recent Macs that option is disabled, therefore the "hpsetup" wireless network is never found!!
