Hi @PWR9185 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to reconnect your HP DeskJet 2700 All-in-One Printer to the new WiFi network, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the HP Smart App

Download and Install HP Smart:

  • If you haven't already, download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device from HP Smart App.

Open HP Smart:

  • Open the HP Smart app and sign in or create an account.

Add Your Printer:

  • Click on the + sign or Add Printer. The app will search for available printers.

Put Printer in Wi-Fi Setup Mode:

  • If your printer is not found, you'll need to reset its network settings.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button (or Wireless and Cancel buttons together) on the printer until the Power button starts flashing. This resets the printer’s network settings and puts it in setup mode.

Follow On-Screen Instructions:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions in the HP Smart app to connect the printer to your new WiFi network.

Method 2: Using the Printer's Control Panel

Turn on Your Printer:

  • Ensure your printer is turned on.

Reset Network Settings:

  • Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for about 3 seconds until the Power button starts flashing. This will reset the network settings.

Connect to New WiFi:

  • Use the WPS method if your router supports it:
    • Press the Wireless button on your printer.
    • Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  • Alternatively, use the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel to enter your new WiFi credentials.

Method 3: Using a USB Cable (Windows)

Download Printer Software:

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page and download the latest software for your printer model.

Connect the Printer to Your Computer:

  • Connect your printer to your computer using a USB cable temporarily.

Follow Setup Instructions:

  • Run the downloaded software and follow the on-screen instructions. The setup process will prompt you to select your network and enter the new WiFi credentials.

Disconnect USB Cable:

  • After the setup is complete and the printer is connected to the new WiFi network, you can disconnect the USB cable.

Method 4: Using a USB Cable (Mac)

Download HP Easy Start:

  • Download and install the HP Easy Start software.

Connect the Printer to Your Computer:

  • Temporarily connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.

Run HP Easy Start:

  • Open HP Easy Start and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to the new WiFi network.

Disconnect USB Cable:

  • Once the setup is complete, disconnect the USB cable.

After following these steps, your HP DeskJet 2700 All-in-One Printer should be connected to your new WiFi network.
