I have a new BT hub and I am unable to connect my printer wirelessly - it was fine on the old hub

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to the new router, I am glad to assist you.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Follow the steps mentioned on page number 20 in this user guide to connect the printer to the new router:- Click here
