Hi @Starjones,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the Wi-Fi network on your HP Deskjet 4155e All-In-One Printer, you'll need to follow these steps.
- Access the Printer's Control Panel: Ensure your printer is turned on and ready. Navigate to the printer's control panel. You may need to refer to the printer's manual for specific instructions on how to access the control panel.
- Navigate to the Network Settings: Once you're in the printer's control panel menu, locate the "Settings" or "Setup" option. Within this menu, there should be a section for "Network" or "Wireless Setup". Select this option.
- Select Wi-Fi Setup: Within the Network or Wireless Setup menu, look for an option labeled "Wi-Fi Setup", "Wireless Setup Wizard", or something similar. Select this option.
- Choose New Wi-Fi Network: The printer will search for available Wi-Fi networks. When prompted, select your new Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
- Enter Wi-Fi Password (if required): If your new Wi-Fi network is password-protected, you'll be prompted to enter the password. Use the printer's control panel to input the password using the on-screen keyboard.
- Connect to the New Network: After entering the password (if required), the printer will attempt to connect to the new Wi-Fi network. This process may take a minute or two.
- Print Test Page (Optional): Once the printer successfully connects to the new Wi-Fi network, you may choose to print a test page to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
- Complete Setup: Follow any remaining on-screen prompts to complete the setup process. Once finished, your HP Deskjet 4155e All-In-One Printer should be connected to your new Wi-Fi network, and the old Wi-Fi settings will be erased.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
