Hp Neverstop 1202w laser printer. I changed my internet provided and now have a new network at home. Hp Smart sees my printer but it's obviously offline. I'm incapable of signing my printer into the new network.

@440blues, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Connecting Your HP Neverstop 1202w Printer to a New Network!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
When you change your internet provider or set up a new network, your HP printer will need to be configured to connect to the new network. Here's how you can get your HP Neverstop 1202w printer online with the new network:
Steps to Reconnect Your Printer to a New Network
Restore Network Settings:
- First, reset the printer’s network settings to their factory defaults.
- Do this by holding down the Wireless button on your printer for about 20 seconds or until the Wireless and Attention lights blink alternately.
Reconnect Using HP Smart:
- Ensure your computer or mobile device is connected to the new Wi-Fi network.
- Open the HP Smart App. If you haven't installed it yet, download it from the HP website or your device’s app store.
- In HP Smart, look for your printer in the list of devices. If it's not there, you may need to add it manually.
- Once you locate or add your printer, click on “Printer Setup & Software” or a similar option to reconfigure the printer’s network settings.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the printer to the new Wi-Fi network.
Use WPS if Available:
- If your router supports Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS), you can quickly connect the printer to your network.
- Press the WPS button on your router, then press and hold the Wireless button on your printer for 5 seconds.
Diagnostic Tools:
- Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues with your printer.
- Download and run the tool, and it will automatically detect issues and suggest solutions or steps to reconnect your printer.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
