My printer will not connect to my new wifi provider. My printer is still on the old system, but I would like it on the new internet provider. How do I do this? It is a 8710 all in one printer. Thank you

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP 8710 All-in-One printer to a new Wi-Fi network, you’ll need to follow these steps:
1. Reset Network Settings (Optional)
- If you’re having trouble, it might help to reset the network settings on the printer:
- Go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Defaults.
2. Connect to New Wi-Fi
- On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup (gear icon).
- Select Network or Network Setup.
- Choose Wireless Setup Wizard. The printer will search for available networks.
- Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted. Make sure to enter it correctly, as it is case-sensitive.
3. Print a Network Configuration Page
- To verify that the printer is connected to the new network, you can print a network configuration page:
- Go to Setup > Reports > Network Configuration.
4. Add the Printer to Your Computer
- On your computer, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners (on macOS) or Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners (on Windows).
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Your HP 8710 should appear in the list. Select it and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
5. Download HP Smart App (Optional)
- You can also use the HP Smart app (available for both macOS and Windows) to assist with the setup and management of your printer. It will guide you through connecting the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
